All Cloud VPS Pro service plans include server management services. Specifically, It's the list of supported jobs:

• Check the speed of transmission line, domestic and international routing errors.
• Check the hard disk performance on the server.
• Support shutdown/reboot/power on server.
• Check the cause of the server being overloaded with resources.
• Support installing pre-packaged software.
• Support installing software from available source code.
• Support to check the cause of 4xx or 5xx error codes on web servers.
• Support to check the cause of interruption of any service on the server.
• Check and fix OpenSSH remote management connection errors for Unix/Linux operating systems and Remote Desktop with Windows operating systems.
• Check and identify DDOS attack websites on the server.
• Support checking and searching for malwares on the website by automatic tools.
• Install and configure web or email server services or database servers.
• Configure automatic backup of source code and databases.
• Support recovering data from copies (if any) to restore the operation of the website.
• Support installing SSL on the server.
• Transfer data from other providers to the service plan at 123HOST.
• Create accounts on the pre-installed Hosting Panel (DirectAdmin, cPanel, etc), maximum of 10 accounts at a time.
• Install Hosting Panel as required.
