Check and handle any error occurred on the virtual server VPS server due to physical server causes.

Check and handle any error occurred on the hardware of the dedicated server.

Support to shutdown/reboot/power on dedicated server.

Check transmission speed, routing error domestic and international.

Check I/O (read write speed) of the drive on the virtual server VPS. If the write speed under 50Mb/s, please send ticket to the technical department for inspection process.

Check and handle all issues related to VPS Control Panel (https://manage.123host.vn) such as can not VNC, can not reboot, start, stop, mount ISO…etc

 

Operating system / software:

Backup configuration settings:

Supports configuration backup data, source code website, MySQL database periodically in minutes / hours / days / weeks / months … at the request of customers (only applies to Linux / Unix).

Backup data will be stored on virtual servers VPS / customers’ own server.

If you use Windows or want to store the backup on a dedicated server hosting, please use Remote backup service of 123Host.

 

Support to reinstall operating system VPS: Customers can mount ISO and reload the operating system for the Windows operating system and select the Reinstall button with the Linux operating system. However, if you need 123Host to support, please send support ticket, we will support to reinstall the operating system for VPS.

Support to change password of management account on Operating system of VPS/ dedicated server. In some cases, the technical department has to reboot the server to be able to change the password for customers.

Search, delete the files occupy large storage traffic on virtual servers VPS / dedicated server if requested.

Check, troubleshoot remote connectivity administration error of OpenSSH for Unix / Linux and Remote Desktop for Windows OS.

Support OS error checking:

If the virtual server VPS / dedicated server operating system error, technical department will assist customers inspect and fix.

Worst case if the operating system can not be restored, the technical department will assist and support copy data and re-setup VPS for customers.

Note: Does not support data recovery on virtual servers VPS / dedicated servers if data has been deleted / ruin.

 

Support to setup, optimize configuration services if requested by the customer within one week after service activation.

Support service error checking: Check the services error of software Apache / Nginx / Lighttpd / PHP / MySQL / Exim / Postfix / Zimbra / OpenVPN.

Support to upgrade version for Apache / Nginx / Lighttpd / PHP / MySQL services.

Security:

Support inspection for malicious code on your website if requested.

Support to check, determine the method of attack.

Supports configuration firewall layer 3 and web application firewall layer 7 in order to limit / prevent attacks. Note: In case of heavy DDOS attacks, website / app can access more slowly than usual.

 

For colocation service packs:

Hardware/Network:

Support to check to determine whether an error occurred on hardware of the server or not (RAM / HDD / CPU).

Support to shutdown/reboot/power on dedicated server.

Check transmission speed, routing error domestic and international.

Check temperature, humidity, power source conditions at data center where server is house.

Operating system / Software:

Support to change management account’s password of the server’s operating system. In some cases, the technical department has to reboot the server to be able to change the password for customers.
